Acceptance

By accessing Levin Times or using an account or newsroom feature, you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Publication content

Levin Times publishes commentary, opinion, analysis, and other editorial material for general informational purposes. Publication does not create a professional-client relationship and is not a substitute for legal, medical, financial, or other professional advice.

Accounts

You are responsible for activity under your account and for maintaining the security of your sign-in method. Provide accurate information, do not impersonate another person, and notify us if you believe your account has been compromised. We may suspend or terminate accounts used fraudulently, unlawfully, or in violation of these terms.

Contributor access

Newsroom access is limited to approved contributors, publishers, and administrators. Applying does not guarantee approval. Contributors must follow applicable editorial, sourcing, disclosure, correction, and conduct standards. Levin Times may edit, decline, withdraw, correct, or remove material in its editorial discretion. Separate contributor agreements or policies may apply.

Your submissions

You retain ownership of original material you submit. When you submit material for publication, you represent that you have the right to do so and grant Levin Times a non-exclusive, worldwide license to review, edit, reproduce, publish, distribute, display, archive, promote, and adapt that material in connection with the publication. This license continues for material that has been published or archived.

Acceptable use

You may not:

• break the law or infringe another person’s rights;
• submit malicious code, spam, deceptive material, or unauthorized personal data;
• attempt to bypass authentication, authorization, or security controls;
• scrape or overload the service in a way that disrupts its operation; or
• misrepresent affiliation with Levin Times or another person.

Intellectual property

Except for material owned by contributors or third parties, the Levin Times site, branding, design, software, and editorial presentation are owned by or licensed to Levin Times. No rights are granted except the limited right to use the service under these terms.

Third-party services

The service may link to or rely on third-party services. Levin Times does not control and is not responsible for third-party content, availability, or practices.

Disclaimers and limitation

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not promise uninterrupted access or that every item will be error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Levin Times will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service.

Changes

We may update these terms as the service changes. Continued use after updated terms take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
